Engagement Lead

Position Overview: We seek an engagement lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a bridge between our clients and internal team members, ensuring that projects are executed with precision, delivered on time, and meet the highest quality standards. 

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage digital projects from initiation to completion.

  • Collaborate with clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any potential risks or issues and devising solutions where necessary.

  • Ensure clear communication between all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and any third-party vendors.

  • Maintain a high level of quality assurance, ensuring that the final deliverables meet the project requirements and client expectations.

  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and best practices.

  • Provide training and support to team members on project management tools and methodologies, including playbooks and SOPs.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital project management.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.

  • A passion for delivering high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.
